Based on the data from your CBC survey, rationalize that your proposed solution has sufficient differential value to qualify as a best value solution (or not):
- Does your solution as a whole have more utility value than the next best solution?
- Are customers willing to pay more for that value?
- Incorporate switch dynamics in your answer.
