Most transplantation therapy involves the use of immunosuppressants. Open ended (can use current research, or come up with your own idea). Create a drug that targets transplant rejections other than immunosuppressants. You can choose acute rejection or chronic rejection, or both.

Explain why you chose this target, and then in detail explain what the drug does and what are the effects of it. (If you chose to target a receptor, does it activate it or block it, and what are the consequences of such)
