Personal Opinion
Gambling in sports tends to be prevalent in virtually every corner of the world including nations that legalize and those that prohibit the practice. Specifically, countries that ban sports gambling lose lots of revenue in forms of tax while encouraging their citizens to engage in black market. Similarly, the rapidly evolving daily fantasy sports appear to expand quickly globally because it is difficult for nations to establish suitable laws for prohibiting them. Therefore, every nation should endeavor to develop appropriate laws for controlling and monitoring sports betting to promote collection of taxes and ensure proper and acceptable gambling practices.
